Returns
You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in its original condition, i.e. unworn, with packaging and delivery note. We understand better than anyone that you want to see the earrings in real life and try them on to see if they suit you. That is why we always deliver one earring in a seal bag. If you want to return the earrings, you can do so as long as the seal bag is unopened. Clip earrings cannot be returned as they are custom made.

Our earring designs are handmade in South America. The workshop is growing every month, and we are incredibly proud of this because it allows these women to generate their own income.
