Ordering & Delivery
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible! Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivery often takes 1-2 working days as well.
If one or all items are marked ‘backordered’, it means that the delivery time takes longer. The delivery time is mentioned on the product page. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team. They will be happy to help you and can tell you when these items are back in stock and will be delivered.
Orders are shipped for free within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany from €49.95.
Shipping costs for a parcel (< €49,95):
- Netherlands: € 4,20
- Belgium: € 4,95
- Germany € 8,50
How annoying that you received a broken item! Of course, in this case you can always contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to klantenservice@pauliepocket.nl. Please always mention your order number and take a picture of the broken item. This way our customer service can help you as soon as possible!
Warranty
Paulie Pocket offers a 6-month warranty. Please note that jewellery should be treated with care and our warranty does not apply in some situations. Read our warranty terms here.
Paulie Pocket offers a 6-month warranty. If your item is broken within one year, you must return the defective item to us in full with proof of purchase to receive a replacement item. Shipping costs are at your own expense. Read information about returns here.
Our earrings are made by hand, therefore they may have inconsistencies. Not satisfied with the item you received? Then you can exchange it, return it or contact our customer service team at klantenservice@pauliepocket.nl
Return
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. You have another 14 days after cancellation to send the return. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition, i.e. unworn with packaging and packing slip, if possible.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return items purchased online through our webshop at points of sale.
If you wish to return an order in which a gift was obtained, you must also return the gift with it. If you only wish to return one or more items and the amount is below the limit for which a gift would have been given, please also return the gift to us.
Should you wish to keep the gift, we will deduct the purchase amount of your gift from the amount to be returned.
Yes, you can return one item from a bundle or set. You can buy a return label via the returns portal on our website. The amount we refund is the difference between the price of the product you keep and the product you return.
For example: The price of the Beige Beauty Case & Earrings Bundle is 100 euros.
If you keep the Beauty Case and return the earrings, you will be refunded 100 - 52,95 = 47,05 euros.
Gift cards
We accept Paulie Pocket (E-)Gift Cards and Fashioncheque.
Paulie Pocket (E-)Gift Card: You must enter the code of the gift card under ‘discount code or gift card’.
Fashioncheque: Choose payment method ‘Gift card’, then enter your card number and PIN.
