If one or all items say “backordered”, it means that the delivery time will take longer. The delivery time is often mentioned on the product page. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service. They are happy to help you and can tell you when these items are back in stock and will be delivered.

Orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands from €49.95 and to Belgium from €100. The shipping costs for a PostNL package are € 4.25 More information about international shipping can be found here.

We are sorry that you received a broken item! Of course you can always contact our Customer Service in this case by sending an email to klantenservice@pauliestocket.nl. Always mention your order number and take a photo of the item that is broken. This way Customer Service can help you as quickly as possible!

Our earrings are made by hand, so they may have inconsistencies. Are you not satisfied with the item you received? Then you can exchange, return or contact our Customer Service via klantenservice@pauliepocket.nl.

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. You have another 14 days after cancellation to send the return. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be if possible in its original condition, i.e. unworn, with packaging and packing slip.

One of the earrings are deliverd in a seal bag. You can view, judge and hold up to the other. If you want to return the earrings, this is only possible if the sealbag is unopened. It is not possible to return an item at a shop.

If you want to return an order where a gift was received, you must also return the gift. If you only want to return one or more items and the amount falls below the limit for which a gift would have been given, please also return the gift to us.

If you wish to keep the gift, we will deduct the purchase price of your gift from the amount to be returned.

Als je de Beauty Case houdt en de oorbellen terugstuurt, krijg je 100 - 52,95 = 47,05 euro terug.
