You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. You have another 14 days to send the return after cancellation. If you use the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in its original condition, i.e. unworn with packaging and packing slip.

If you have ordered earrings, one of the earrings will be delivered in a sealbag. You can look at the other one, assess it and keep it. Should you wish to return the earrings, this is only possible if the seal bag is unopened. Returns of which the earrings have been removed from the sealbag cannot be processed. We will send the package back to the address we know.

Return procedure 1+1 Earrings Action: When returning one earring from the 1+1 action, the free earring must also be returned.

Which items can NOT be returned?

• When the earrings are no longer in the sealbag
• Clip earrings: these are custom-made and cannot be returned
• Advent calendars

The shipping labels offered through the system are always for a parcel. Should you wish to send the return by letterbox package, you can send it to the address below. Keep the track and trace code safe. The return costs and risk of shipping are always for your own account.

Our jewellery can be customised according to your wishes. For example, we can also equip earrings with clips. This type of product is NOT ACCEPTABLE for returns.
