Your order will be neatly packed and shipped so you can count on it arriving in good order. The delivery time partly depends on the size of your order, but our aim is to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Your order will be processed and handed over to DHL within 1-2 working days. Please note: orders are not processed and dispatched over the weekend. After the package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an email with more information about the delivery.

Note: As a customer, you are responsible for entering (and checking) the shipping address correctly! 

• All orders are shipped from our Netherlands office using DHL
• Orders will be shipped in 1 or 2 business days (when in stock).
• All orders will be sent with track & trace code and you will receive the tracking code via email.
• All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been dispatched.
