Paulie Pocket offers 6 months warranty. Please note that jewelry must be handled with care and our warranty will not apply in any of the following situations:

• Damage due to normal use (wear and tear)
• Broken chains
• (Too) high acidity of the skin (which can lead to discoloration of the jewelry)
• Stains from water, perfume, soap, lotion, hairspray or chemicals
• Losing parts/items

You must return your complete defective item to us with proof of purchase to receive a replaced item. The shipping costs are for your own account.

Repair

We kindly request that you contact us before returning your defective item. If we have received the defective item, we will determine whether repair is possible. Due to the limited edition of the custom materials, certain colors may not be available and we are therefore unable to carry out repairs.
