Warranty
Paulie Pocket offers a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Please note that jewellery should be treated with care and our warranty does not apply in any of the following situations:
- Damage due to normal use (wear and tear damage)
- Broken chains
- (Too) high acidity of the skin (which may lead to discolouration of the jewellery)
- Stains caused by water, perfume, soap, lotion, hairspray or chemicals
- Loss of parts/items
- Broken parts
You must return your defective item to us in full with proof of purchase to receive a replacement item. No new warranty period commences due to repair and/or replacement. Shipping costs for the purpose of repair are at your own expense, as is the risk of the shipment.
Repair
We kindly ask you to contact us first before returning your defective jewellery. Once we have received a photo of the defective item, we will determine whether repair is possible. Due to the limited editions of custom-made materials, certain colours may not be available and therefore we cannot carry out repairs.
Once we have been contacted and approved, the item can be sent. We ask that the item is NOT sent in a (bubble) envelope but in a shipping box.
