Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you use your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in its original condition, meaning unworn, with packaging and the invoice.
We understand how important it is to see and hold the earrings in person to check if they suit you. That’s why we always provide one earring in a sealed bag. Returns are only accepted if the sealed bag remains unopened.
Clip-on earrings cannot be returned, as they are custom-made.
