Returns
You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt. If you use the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in its original condition, i.e. unworn with packaging and packing slip.
We understand better than anyone that you want to see the earrings in real life and hold them up to see if they suit you. That is why we always deliver one earring in a seal bag. If you want to return the earrings, you can do so when the seal bag is unopened .
Our earring designs are handmade in South America. The studio grows every month and we are incredibly proud of that because these ladies can generate their own income with this.
Unfortunately, education has not been an option for many of them and this means that opportunities are not readily available. We want to continue creating jobs in this way for a long time and contribute to a world in which women can be self-confident and independent!
